Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our team will review your request and provide the return address and further instructions via email.

Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at streekanoor@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
